The ten-year commitment
Normaliennes, normaliens fonctionnaires-stagiaires are subject to a ten-year commitment: in return for their salary, they must exercise professional activity in the public service for ten years starting from their first year of study. They must therefore inform the ENS-PSL annually of their professional situation during the duration of their ten-year commitment.
You must register for an appointment from Septembre 2 to 4, in order to read the conditions and then complete and sign your ten-year commitment.
The installation report
To finalize and set up your salary (salary) as a fonctionnaire-stagiaire with the human resources department, you will need to sign an installation report. You will then be asked for an identity document.
To do so, you will need to sign an attendance sheet to certify your assumption of duties during the HR Department (SRH) presentation for probationary civil servants, which will take place during the welcome week. Regarding the mutual insurance, as part of the reform of the complementary social protection (PSC), you will be enrolled in the mandatory membership contract of the Ministry of Higher Education.
The affiliation process for you will begin with the receipt of an official message from ENS-PSL in your professional email account (@ens.psl.eu). Upon receiving this message, you will have 10 days to complete the required steps (creating your MGEN account, requesting an exemption, etc.).
After this deadline, you will be automatically enrolled in MGEN. It is essential to take this message into account, even if you believe you may qualify for an exemption.
