Who are the students at Normale Sup?
Coming from all backgrounds, from a preparatory, literary or scientific class, or from a university course, you come from the entire French territory, mainland and DROM, and from all continents.
If there are several entry routes to the ENS-PSL, there is then only one promotion. A class made up of normaliens , masters , and international students .

Created in Paris during the French Revolution to teach citizens the art of teaching

ENS founding member of PSL University
Located in the heart of Paris, PSL University brings together eleven teaching and research establishments. Arts, sciences, engineering, human and social sciences... Interdisciplinarity is at the heart of the intellectual and scientific ambition of this group, born in 2010. Thanks to alliances and shared projects, ENS-PSL students can access different PSL training offers and a wide range of sporting and cultural activities.
Université PSL offers 49 diplomas with a master's degree , including 5 diplomas from Grandes Ecoles, of which ENS-PSL is one.
